According to the latest study by Reveal Marketing Research, 53% of Romanians have started their resolutions for 2025. Among them, 39% mention that they are working only towards some of their goals, while 14% manage to make progress on achieving all their set objectives simultaneously.

Romanians are adjusting their plans for 2025 compared to the resolutions expressed at the end of December 2024, especially when it comes to travel (-8%)
After the first month of 2025, Romanians are in the process of adjusting the plans they set at the beginning of the year. Compared to the intentions in December, a slight decrease is observed in one of the key objectives: 51% of Romanians aimed for a healthier lifestyle (balanced diet, weight loss), but only 47% have managed to make progress in this direction so far.
Adopting a healthier lifestyle is significantly higher among women (54%, compared to 39% in men) and among urban residents (53%, compared to 38% in rural areas).

On the other hand, the goal of spending more time with family remains consistent (29% in December 2024, compared to 28% currently). This plan has been followed to a greater extent by those with children (35% compared to only 20% among those without children).
Notably, there has been a significant increase in the time dedicated to hobbies, from 14% to 18%, suggesting that Romanians are becoming increasingly interested in pursuing their passions and investing in personal development.
